Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, email mollyshoptk@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) to return, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will respond within 48 business hours.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or free replacement.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
